At The Higher Bench, you will work with one of our partners who will guide you from needs through solution and everything in between. Our partners have been hiring managers and have been sourcing and placing full-time and contract talent for 10 years.

  1. Initial Consultation: We begin with an initial consultation to gather relevant information about your needs and challenges.

  2. Matching: Our team carefully assesses your needs and quickly identifies the right person(s) to meet your needs.

  3. Interviewing: We conduct screening. You decide if interview is required. We schedule.

  4. Contract: You approve the individual and rate and we take it from there.

  5. Onboarding: Our back office becomes the employer of record (EOR), providing insurance, compliance and administrative paperwork with the employee.

  6. Invoicing and payroll: You approve the employee’s hours weekly and submit an invoice. We pay the employee weekly using direct deposit.
